Evans Select AC maintenance and inspection. Performed full maintenance on AC Refrigerant pressures looked good. All electrical components passed inspection. Quoted for new power vent 50 gallon water heater
Lennox Ac maintenance Refrigerant pressure were good. All electrical components passed inspection. Paid by cheque.
Work Performed: Performed air conditioner maintenance on a system installed by us in 2017. Findings: Reviewed past service history: in 2023, UV dye was added by Jordan to investigate a suspected refrigerant leak. However, no follow-up leak detection was documented. During today’s visit: Refrigerant levels were steady and unchanged since the 2023 visit No UV dye was found in the drain or on system components No oil staining was visible Checked Schrader cores—no signs of leakage The source of the original issue remains unclear, but the system appears to be holding refrigerant well over the past year. Routine AC Maintenance Completed: Verified refrigerant pressures and temperature split Inspected electrical components (capacitor, contactor, wiring) Flushed the condensate drain Checked the air filter and airflow Cleaned the outdoor coil Verified system operation and thermostat function Additional Notes: Discussed the Comfort Club with the client, including benefits like 15% off repair
Work Performed: Performed air conditioner maintenance on a Lennox unit, estimated to have been installed around 2011–2012. This is the first time our company has serviced this system, and maintenance history is otherwise unknown. Findings: Unit is aging, and several components showed signs of wear and rust. Noted rusting and pitting on the contactor, and capacitor also showed signs of degradation. Discussed findings with the client, and they agreed to replace both the contactor and capacitor to maintain reliable operation. Additional Notes: Client joined our Comfort Club during this visit to take advantage of member savings on today’s repairs and future maintenance. We will return in the fall to perform furnace maintenance under the Comfort Club membership.
Lennox ac maintenance and keep rite furnace maintenance
Performed furnace and tankless water heater maintenance. 16-year-old Lennox furnace is still operating normally. No signs of water damage, and internal components appear clean. Cleaned flame sensor and condensate tubing. Checked heat rise and performed combustion analysis—furnace is operating within normal parameters. Flushed tankless water heater for 45 minutes with a descaling solution. Cleaned condensate trap and air intake, and inspected all components—tankless water heater is in good condition. Both appliances are operating within manufacturer specifications.
Navien tankless flush/maintenance. Performed full maintenance on navien, cleaned air filter, water inlet filter snd condensation trap. Flushed navien with descaler, there was some buildup inside system but nothing excessive. Navien is in great condition and working well at this time, recommend getting a flush done every 1-2 years to keep the unit in great shape.
Navien tankless water heater maintenance/inspection. Performed full maintenance on tankless. flushed heat exchanger, cleaned air filter and water filter, cleaned condensation trap. Recommend getting unit flushed every couple years to prevent any heavy buildup forming inside system and causing problems down the road. Navien is working well and in good condition at this time.
Furnace Maintenance: Replaced the media filter with client provided filter. Added batteries to thermostat. Inspected pressure switch tubing for optimal functionality. Fireplace maintenance and inspection. Prior to cleaning pilot would hold but burners would not light, strong reading on thermoplile after cleaning. After putting back together and testing, fireplace is working well. believe it just needed a cleaning, however id issue happens again, a replacement gas valve will be necessary
Lennox service call: upon arrival we noticed that the condensation drain trap was not secured, tipped up, and holding back water. Relocated to side of furnace , secured to cinder block under furnace. Replaced air conditioner drain tube. Verified drain operation “see photos”. Diagnosed defective blower motor verified motor was receiving 123 volts power and 28 volts communication. Motor will not respond on multiple speed taps. Painted gas line. Did not notice any damaged wires from rodents. Furnace has been left off by the service switch.
Payne furnace maintenance. Found wasp nest on top of burner . Exhaust tee also have small condensation leak on top , sealed with 636 glue . Furnace is operating well.
Lennox furnace maintenance. Furnace is operating well , no issues or concerns at time of testing . Customer mention he’s believe the fan running intermittently even when heat is off . I believe it is apart of the thermostat programming . Continental fireplace maintenance, fireplace is operating well .
